YOUR LAW ENFORCEMENT STORY
Pro Per Inc. sees it as useful for people to tell
their stories about police misconduct and abuse; their stories about seeking
Access To Justice • Due Process of Law • a Fair Trial • Equal Justice in
the criminal courts with incompetent Public Defenders and for hire no-help
defense Attorneys; and misconduct by District Attorneys and Prosecutors
in Court hearings and trials.
Video & Audio Recordings
Pro Per Inc. sees it as useful to make video and audio
recordings of your story and put them up on the Internet so you can direct
reporters and legal counsel to your story. You take the time to tell your
story once on series of video clips so people can learn what happened to
you and that way you don't have to tell your entire story over and over
again to each new interested person you meet.
Innocent Defendants
Pro Per Inc. is interested only in law abiding citizens
who are victims of police and court misconduct and abuse. If you broke
a law get a defense lawyer. That ain't Pro Per Inc. We hear from plenty
of folks who broke no law and still are victims of police misconduct.

"The crime report was deliberately falsified, the

RADIO COMMUNICATIONS RECORDS
After Lopez was charged, her attorney - Defense Attorney
Thomas E. Beck - sought radio communications and other records of deputies
involved in the arrest. A sheriff's detective said in a report that he
twice inquired about the records and was told there were none. But Defense
Attorney Thomas E. Beck sent a subpoena directly to the Sheriff's Department,
which provided the radio recordings and other records that he said confirmed
his client's account.
